What is delivered

Say.able sells access to a service, not goods. A subscription lets you keep stories on a personal shelf and read them whenever you are signed in. There is no physical product, no download, and no shipment.

When it is delivered

Immediately. Access is granted as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, which is typically within seconds. You do not need to wait for an email before using the service.

We also send a confirmation to the address on your account. If that email is delayed or filtered, it does not affect your access.

Where we deliver

Anywhere you can reach the site. There are no regional restrictions, no delivery addresses, and no shipping or handling fees of any kind.

If access does not appear

Sign out and sign in again first, which refreshes your account’s status. If your plan still has not activated, email contact@say-able.com from the address on the account. We will either activate it or refund the payment — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Reading without paying

Every published story is free to read, with no account. A subscription only adds the shelf.
